Senior Sales Manager AI & Metaverse Solutions (m/f/d) - Homeoffice

Your role:

As a Senior Sales Manager at ZREALITY GmbH, you are an important member of our Enterprise Sales team. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships and increasing our sales in the area of AI and metaverse solutions for FMCGs and e-commerce.

 

Main tasks:

  • Identification and acquisition of new customers in the FMCG and e-commerce sectors.
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies for market expansion.
  • Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships.
  • Negotiation and conclusion of contracts.
  • Market analysis and competition monitoring.
  • Collaboration with the product development team to optimize customer solutions.
  • Representation of the company at industry events and trade fairs.

 

Your profile:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in an agency or software company.
  • Proven success in acquiring and supporting major customers.
  • Extensive network and contacts in the FMCG and e-commerce sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of AI and metaverse technologies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Enjoy working independently from home.
  • Fluent in German and English.

  • As part of a high-performance team, you create immersive & interactive 3D experiences
  • Your focus is on programming, but you also take care of UX & design aspects
  • You take responsibility for the quality of your work results and test them on various channels (desktop, mobile, VR, AR)
  • In the rapidly changing field of 3D and Extended Reality (XR) applications, you will constantly familiarize yourself with new technologies and frameworks

 

What we expect from you:

  • You have successfully completed a degree with a digital background (computer science, business informatics, virtual design, etc.) or have a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge in at least one of the following disciplines: Web development (Three.js/BabylonJS), Unreal Engine or Unity. Ideally you have experience in several of these areas
  • Your knowledge of UI & UX design and your sense of aesthetics set you apart

3D designer / generalist for web applications (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

  • Conceptualize, design, create and edit 3D models and collaborate with team to incorporate into real-time web 3D, VR and AR applications.
  • Obtain and optimize CAD models from customers and transfer these models into assets suitable for real-time rendering.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and other designers to understand client requirements and propose efficient solutions
  • Independent development of visual ideas and creation of prototypes of these ideas in 3D

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or a graphics-related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in 3D modeling and environment creation for real-time applications
  • Exceptional 3D modeling and texturing skills in 3DS Max and/or Blender.
  • In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art 3D modeling concepts including normal mapping, effective polygon usage, UV layout, mesh optimization, PBR, etc.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates design capabilities in modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English or German, written and oral

 

Plus points:

  • Track record of creating web 3D, AR and/or VR applications.
  • Experience exporting to/working with GLTF 2.0 models
  • 2D web design skills
  • Experience working with Unity
  • (Basic) Programming skills (e.g. in C# for Unity, in WebGL frameworks like BabylonJS, Three.js etc.)
