Los AngelesSohoMuse, the first of its kind invitation-only social network for creative professionals, is launching in Los Angeles with a high energy event Friday, February 7 at International Renowned British Interior Designer Christopher Guy Studio in West Hollywood.

The evening includes the debut of the new SoHoMuse virtual 3D film screening room, created by SohoMuse partner Zreality, developer of the worldwide unique content management platform for virtual and augmented reality.  Preview excerpts from SohoMuse award-winning members Craig Singer and Sylvia Caminer’s forthcoming feature documentary “2 B Me” will be presented in the 3D screening room.

The event is hosted by transgender model, influencer and actress Gigi Gorgeous Getty with music by designer, actor and nightlife entrepreneur Markus Molinari.  Also featured will be live entertainment by SohoMuse dancers and performers, including an immersive hologram dance experience with renowned choreographer, Noel Bajandas, powered by Vortex Immersion Media.  Under the creative direction of ‘Image Guru’ Montgomery Frazier, SohoMuse models will be exhibiting the latest gowns by celebrity fashion designer CD Greene.

Since its official launch in November, SohoMuse already has thousands of members from all areas of the creative community, including filmmakers, fashion designers, dancers, musicians, models and performing artists. SohoMuse has multiple tiers of membership, allowing the global private network to support artists and Creatives at all levels and stages of their careers, from up-and-coming talent to established working professionals.  Membership is by invitation only, however Creatives are encouraged to request an invitation by visiting the site.

“SohoMuse offers multiple touchpoints for creatives to elevate and amplify their professional profile,” says Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin, Co-Founder, and CEO, SohoMuse. “Members can showcase themselves, take advantage of our customized concierge referral service, and access our distribution network, to bring their content and their work to life. The overwhelming response we have received just since our launch reinforces our belief that SohoMuse is the exact type of social community creatives have been searching for. With our official L.A. launch, we are expecting our profile to continue its rapid growth and expansion.”

Craig Singer’s powerful, forthcoming feature documentary “2 B Me,” focuses on the journeys of transgender children and their families, as well as individuals on the Intersex spectrum.

“When I was first introduced to Consuelo Costin and SohoMuse, I was instantly impressed and excited to partner with them on our film 2 B Me,” says filmmaker Craig Singer. “They have been kind, generous, and supportive from day one. They not only embraced the spirit and energy of the work, but they also understood the value and how such work can touch lives in meaningful ways. As a former Creative executive with the Walt Disney Company, I’ve experienced first-hand the power of storytelling and was thrilled with the collaborative nature of the artists I’ve encountered at SohoMuse. They are truly a group of best in class creative artists. I look forward to working closely with them on a variety of artistic endeavors.”

Event sponsors include MUSETEK, Stifel and Revel Rouge, and gift bags will include goodies by Pop Art Snacks and organic toothbrushes by Humble Co.
